Amazing except when it mattered most for me
Natalie Roberts' negligence caused me to feel suicidal.She referred to me as a dude -- would she or any woman want to be referred to as a dude? -- even though the system she uses tells her that I’m female. That's correct since I'm a woman, legally.Also, she and an assistant of hers said that helping with transition care was all new five times. I got the first or second time, but why was the third, fourth, and fifth times necessary?Further, to this point there are also a handful of problems with two of her several reports on meetings with me.And it's clear that she didn't take me seriously on a message I sent to her. And her assistant was the exact same, on a separate matter.I do think she is fully invested in her work.
