Not very thorough, doesnt listen much with a parents comcern, just tells u its ok if u dont want to give the abx to ur son and not be treated just bec i asked a few questions about ear infection that she dx for my son. im a concerned mom, i have the right to ask questions, i get those questions a lot with concerned moms for their kids in the hospital.
