76 yr. Old male with long term back and neck probl
Pretty good, this is a 2nd opinion deal on a chronic problem. I do not expect results overnight and will be happy with a plan that gives me some hope. Some CT SCANS still pending. I am looking for some serious advice on my next step with my back and neck problems

Neck pain 7 months
She explained all the test results X-rays/MRI and showed what areas might be causing the pain. Then she explained the various options that are available to try and correct this issue. very professional and explained the option in a manner that I could comprehend.

Great Doctor
My previous Surgeon left Johns Hopkins and I was so worried I would not find anyone to replace him. Natalie was great. She had my records and went over everything to ease my concerns. She did not rush and listened to everything I had to say. She had a great sense of humor and her personality put me at ease.

AWFUL!!!!!!
Dr. Hirsch didn't listen to me about my pain. she ignored my concerns and how much pain I was in. She dismissed how I felt and refused to do surgery. I would not recommend her to anyone who's having back or neck pain that's looking for a long term relief instead of short term.

Very positive experience
Natalie was very thorough in discussing my issues, reviewed MRI with me, recommended path forward. Decided surgery needed soon, and her and her team worked to get me scheduled within a week. Only downside was an hour wait before we saw her, once our turn came she took the time needed.

Excellent PA
Natalie was very responsive. Prior to our first office visit I messaged her with questions and concerns through my chart and she replied back the same day frequently within hours. When I was concerned about my incision from surgery she immediately messaged me to be at her office early the following morning so she could take a closer look.

Thorough and professional
Follow up visit for my recent laminectomy. Third or fourth time I have been seen by Natalie Hirsch. Always thorough and professional. She always makes sure to explain everything she’s doing and why to make me feel comfortable. I can’t be happier with the care I have received from her and everyone at Johns Hopkins.

I believe Ms. Hirsh is one of the finest healthcare providers who has treated me. I believe this is so because she gave me all the time I felt I needed to express my physical problem, and provided me with the “why” of the problem, and the immediate “ways” available for me to obtain mitigation.

The entire team at this practice is exceptional. Natalie and Dr. Riley were thorough and compassionate. They were patient and proficient at explaining my diagnosis and next steps. Their expertise and compassion continued throughout my surgery and post-op. I am very happy with their service and I highly recommend their practice. I will only choose Hopkins care as a result of my experience.
