Very knowledgeable; very apparent in our group sessions that she has the trust and respect of the day-to-day behavior techs and assistant BA that also work with my child. Has always listened to my questions and concerns. Addresses them in a compassionate and straight-forward manner (if there's any fault, she over-explains stuff which I'll take all day long over the contrary). Maintains a sensible and challenging treatment plan for my high-support, non-verbal child that my child clearly enjoys.

Ms.Garrido is very rude. I would never recommend her to anyone. She loves to talk and does not let the clients ask any questions. She gets annoyed when the client asks her questions.
