Nassim was my neurologist (migraines) for the last few years. It has taken me 6 months to be able to write a review without crying since she told me she was moving. Nassim is literally my favorite provider of all time (and I have seen many medical providers in a variety of specialties over the years). Nassim always came in the room completely prepared to talk about my status with regard to current medications and treatments, as opposed to doctors who clearly do not review your file beforehand. Nassim actually listened to me and took my concerns seriously. We would talk about what was working and what was not. She understood when side effects were worse than the migraines themselves and we would work together to try something new. In addition to office visits, I found messaging her through the portal to be especially helpful. I'm still so sad I won't be able to see her again. If you are considering Nassim, please don't hesitate. You are so lucky and you don't even know it yet!

Nassim has been such a vital resource for not only navigating the challenges I have faced with severe migraines but maybe even more importantly she has been a resource that esnures she is appropriately providing care so that there are no conflicts with other health issues or medicines. When one thing doesn't work as well as we'd like, she tirelessly looks for another making me feel like no matter what the issue is she is all in on solving it. She cares about her patients personally and you feel that. That is why when you are trying something out you feel confident that even if you need to modify or change it, Nassim is there to help you the whole way until the issue is solved. I can say without question that my quality of life has been greatly impacted by Nassim and I will always be grateful I found her.

Nassim is compassionate and really cares about her patients. She spends a ton of time with you, will answer your questions in detail, and doesn’t rush you. She’s up to date with medication options for migraine treatment and prevention. She has helped me navigate migraine prevention and treatment through IVF, which can be a bit tricky due to the various IVF medications I was on. She always had solutions and recommendations that helped. I would not hesitate to recommend her, she’s the best.

Nassim Nabavi has provided neurological care for me for over 7 years. I suffer from chronic migraines, disabling upper back & neck pain, and Myofascial Pain Syndrome (severe muscular pain). I had orthopaedic spine surgery (ACDF) on my C45, C67. Nassim has made a LIFE-CHANGING impact on my health which has allowed me to keep working while completing my degree. Without her, I would have dropped out of my dissertation program, been unable to keep working, and be forced to go on government disability. Her sheer determination in providing exceptional medical care has given me my life back. She administered injections for my chronic migraines and muscular pain every three months. Moreover, she used a multi-level approach to prescribing migraine medicine - leaving me migraine free! She is an excellent listener who practices authentic sympathy, caring, and endless determination towards healing her patients. Please accept my highest recommendation for this exceptional provider.

Nabavi is an exceptional physician! I was looking forward to my visits with her not only because she was my neurologist, but because of her warm spirit. I have been dealing with neurological pain and she was hands on finding treatment and testing that would get to the bottom of my condition. You don’t find physicians like this nowadays that goes above and beyond for their patients like her. She was extremely patient, respectful empathetic and professional with me on every visit. I am truly going to miss her being my physician. I never cried before when finding out that a doctor would relocate. She is that special!!!

After dealing with so many neurologists over the years Dr navari made me feel comfortable about taking care of my health she provided all the information that I needed , she's was very caring and concern about what's going on with her patients and I love that about her she makes sure that I that she explained everything so you can understand it and she will be truly missed if it's possible wherever she go I will drive there so that I know that my health will be taking very good care of especially by her.

After dealing with a variety of neurological issues for over a decade, I was referred to Midtown Neurology and thankfully was treated by Nassim. I have seen a lot of doctors and other health care professionals through the years, and Nassim ranks at the top! She is a bit of a unicorn in the health care world in that while she is very compassionate and empathetic, she is also very analytical and tactical. Nassim took a holistic approach toward my treatment, which historically wasn’t how I was treated by others, and that has led to considerable improvements in my health and overall wellbeing.Such a talent and great person! I have been seeing Nassim for several years. She has solved my mystery issues after I have seen 4 different doctors. She actively listens without interrupting and then offers solutions. That is rare these days. She responds to emails quickly as well as she has a genuine care for her patients. She has been my husband’s neurologist for 8 years!!! We feel very blessed to have her!!! She’s very caring and has helped us through some difficult times with his cluster headaches. If he’s having a tough time I can message her and she responds quickly. He went to a different doctor prior to this and they didn’t help him at all. My husband says she’s never let him down!!! And that speaks for itself.

Mrs. Nabavi has been my healthcare professional for many years. It amazes me that she never changes her way of being. She is always professional and knowledgeable in her field of expertise. What I appreciate about her the most is that she listens, and always remembers information about my health. Her bedside manners are flawless. She has also helped me control my migraines. She has performed several sessions of Btox on me to help heal my migraines in a natural way. When I learned she was moving out of my area, I wished her the best and when I got in my car, I cried. Lol. Mrs. Nabavi is also my daughters healthcare provider and my daughter feels the same as I. I will miss her dearly. I have been a patient of Nassim's for the last several years. I am so thankful for her. She is very concerned about you and really listens. I have never been minimized by her. If something concerns me, it concerns her. I have had some stressful times with insurance giving me a problem with the medications I need and Nassim went out of her way to make sure I got the meds. I am very grateful to her. The condition I have is not predictable and can be scary but Nassim makes me feel very confident that I have a provider that will do the very best for me and this puts me at ease. I truly don't know where to start. I was referred to this neurologist by my cardiologist. From my first visit we made a beautiful connection. I've never met such a more caring, knowledgeable just down right decent Doctor in my life. I was suffering from migraines that had me what doctors were believing to be strokes, and Vertigo. No one seemed to care until I met Dr. NASSIM.. To hear that she is leaving made me cry. I've been with her since 2017..I wish I can clone her . So where ever she goes next , please cherish her as my mom and I do as her patients.
