Narissa Marasso, NP

I saw Narissa for the first time last week. Wow, she helped me understand some things. I was in a bad place and I do believe she has given me some sound advice that I have been looking for. I look forward to some relief from the medication and therapy she recommended. She was really sweet and I will return to see her again

This was not a recent encounter, but I saw a lot of positive reviews and needed to add my input. A year or two ago, I was set up with Narissa after reaching out to the general office. I found Narissa to be extremely unempathetic and even judgmental. I work in the mental health field and actually ended up crying after the appointment because of how she made me feel. I immediately contacted the office and they were able to arrange me with a different provider that was much more caring and helpful. I would really avoid working with her.

Narissa is super down to earth and cool. I always enjoy our visits.

I will definitely return to see Narissa. She was very helpful. I found her to be thorough as well, which was vastly different from pervious providers who would spend just a few minutes and throw a medication my way.

I've been seeing Narissa for 4 months now and she is terrific. She works with me to co-create a treatment plan that helps me reach my recovery goals. Since I started seeing her, my quality of life has improved measurably. Despite one of the other reviews, I have found the office staff to be super friendly and responsive.

I would leave a five star rating because Dr. Marasso was phenomenal the few times I spoke with her. I never got to see her in-office because her staff was so disorganized & impersonal. EVERYTHING has to be done online with her: booking appts.,requesting meds refills, asking her questions, etc. I don't have the capability to get online all of the time so that was very inconvenient for me but they didn't care. They even cancelled my 1st face-face visit & didn't even tell me! I drove over 25 min. to the appt. at peak hours, only to be told it had been cancelled. So, I went ahead & made another appt. & Dr. Marasso wanted me to get a certain type of blood test before that but they kept telling me that they "uploaded the request to the portal" and, no matter how many times I tried to explain to them that I couldn't get to it & requested that they just send the request to the lab as all the doctors I've ever had, have done, they wouldn't. So, I got tired of the hassles and got another doctor.

Narissa was phenomenal. Professional, and very easy to talk too. After 15 years of an issue, that I had never disclosed to my therapist of many years, she immediately picked up on what was going on. I felt comfortable speaking to her and am very grateful for her expertise and the treatment plan we are working on.

I felt like I was being judged and left her office feeling more discouraged than when I went in.

I am so grateful for Narissa! I was initially so uncomfortable to reach out for help, but upon first meeting her, Narissa was extremely professional, warm, and immedately calmed my nerves. The medication and therapy she recommended have saved my life. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
