Nanette Morales, NP

In 2012 I suspected I might have strep throat. I went for a checkup. Nanette was friendly, personable, and professional.

I questioned her care and told her that I didn't feel like she treated my upper back only my hips. She immediately became defensive and fearful. From that point, she was no longer an NP. She left the room and sicked the bully security guard on me. This man got in face, yelled false assertions, projected his misgivings, and wanted so bad to put his hands on me. Never been treated like this in my entire life. Absolutely mortified, because I witnessed a medical professional falsely profile me into drug seeking behavior. Instead of logically looking at the situation, she fell into fear and paranoia and created a very uncomfortable environment. She made verbal note to me that she realized that I valued understanding my options and having all of the information in front of me to make an informed decision for myself. I relayed to her, that is absolutely accurate. She had no problem helping me understand any other point in that visit. Why did you turn so quickly on this inquiry?
