She lacks medical knowledge and is worryingly incompetent. Her medical recommendations were found to be very questionable and unsupported by evidence, according to the doctors who subsequently evaluated me. She also was disrespectful and made inappropriate comments about my body that left me feeling unsafe and uncomfortable.

Nancy Sharkey Fox is the NP whose medical opinions I've had the least confidence in, and who has had the most unpleasant, condescending attitude towards patients of any provider I've met at Harvard. She comes across as arrogant, rude, and cold to patients. I didn't feel respected. I also agree with what the other reviewer said about her apparent lack of medical knowledge. Harvard should really hire staff who are better than this.
