Nancy always takes the time to listen, gives advice and suggestions. She asks appropriate questions and acts based on my answers. I am very comfortable with her.

Worst provider I’ve ever had. Capable of basic care and yearly check ups but other than that she is a far too preoccupied doctor (who often stays on meeting calls while in appointments with patients) to provide any meaningful medical care. Extremely out of touch and unhelpful. Very quick to blame your weight or anxiety without looking into anything else. Lacking in response to urgent needs and is extremely untimely for basic matters. Most thoughtless uncaring provider I’ve ever had

Maybe a lighter client load would help things
Dr Ronan has changed over the few years that I have been a client. Don't get me wrong, technically the care was excellent, but she does not seem as warm and friendly as she once was. Bedside manner is much more businesslike without the friendliness that used to keep the stress level down. Just speculating that since she has been in the game for many years, it may be time to make some changes, such as retirement. No disrepect intended, as I still value her as a practitioner.

Incompetent and unprepared
I've only seen her 2x and that was too much. My first ever visit it was evident she did NO chart review on me and knew NOTHING about my history. I'm also a medical professional so sitting through my first appt was teeth grinding as she asked me questions which she DEFINITELY should have known (my history of mammograms and cancer). She also today told me she couldn't see me because it was protocol for me to go to the ED to get a CT scan so I did and guess what... the ED said I didn't need a CT scan. Nancy literally just bills any code to see you, knows nothing about you, and truly should not be anyone's PCP. I do not recommend her as her medical technique, demeanor, protocol and terminology is outdated. Save yourself the stress.

The most unprofessional doctor of all time.
I truly do not know how this woman has any positive reviews. She’s cold, callous, condescending, and completely incompetent. Upon begging for help and restating for the upteenth time that I was experiencing incredible pain and discomfort, and attempting to establish any kind of treatment plan, she had the audacity to point out an error in calculations about wait times for a specialist and offered no actual solutions, options, or ideas. Dying is likely a better solution than seeking care and compassion from this provider.

Nancy is wonderful! She really cares about her patients and takes the time to sit and talk with you like you are the only person that matters! She is thorough and responds quickly to email questions. She has called me to check up on me after prescribing a medication to make sure it is working! I have told many of my friends about Nancy and they have gone to her and really like her!

Nancy is the very best FNP I have ever had as my Primary Care Physician! She takes the time to get to know you, listens to you, and really cares about your situation. I wish more medical professionals could be like her, I will always be grateful for her!

Stone cold bedside manner. If I listened to her I would have lost a tooth unnecessarily. Had her in St. Helens last year where she refused to give me the pain meds I normally take.

She spoke to me as if I were a friend and we were merely chatting which lowered my stress level considerably. She didn't treat me as if I were an idiot but with a great deal of humor and understanding. She did not discount any of my concerns but instead she dealt with them one at a time in a manner that allowed me to accept responsibility for my health and treatment. I wish more doctors would learn to do that.
