First few visits were great. I was even really late to my second appt. and she made time to see me. However, after about a month and a half, she suddenly forgot a very crucial detail about my trauma; essentially, she forgot that a close family member of mine had passed. I was confused that she forgot because I know I had mentioned it—my grief was the whole reason why I was even in therapy at the moment. I shifted the session to talk about something I did the previous weekend, which was doing an activity that I’d done for years. She told me she was glad I found a new hobby. I corrected her and said that I had been doing said activity for a long time. Five minutes later at the end of the session, she said she was glad I found a new hobby. I left that session with a bad taste in my mouth. It told me that she wasn’t listening to me in the long term and the short term. It made me wonder if she was listening at all and has made me weary of seeing future therapists.

I found her to be abrasive and judgmental. I wasn't comfortable with her seeing my child.

She helped me through a difficult divorce and difficult time in my life. Met with her for about a year and she was caring, warm, and gave me many tools to work on getting better and maintaining wellness. Can't thank her enough!

Be very wary of this person. Other well respected therapists I consulted with disagreed with what she told my young daughter.
