I believe I've seen her twice and although nice she seemed like she was straining to be that way. The assistants are wonderful as are the front office staff. The only problem has been, both times I've tried to set my next year's appointment and was told their calendar wasn't up to date and they'd send a reminder. Have never rec'd one. When I realized I needed to get an appointment it was pushed out several months. I went to see another eye doctor this year. My eyes apparently changed a lot as I have been wearing stronger lenses. I'll call after the first of the year to set an appointment later next year to get back on a regular schedule. Hopefully there won't be a repeat as I like consistency with my doctors.

Dr. Mahlie and her assistants were kind and friendly. They listened to my complaint about not being able to see clearly for the past 4 years with my eyesight becoming progressively worse, even with new prescription eyeglasses. Finally, after patiently listening, she went a step further to check for cataracts, and yes, they were the culprits! Now Clemson Eye is providing me with NEW eyes and new eyesight! Thanks!

Dr Mahlie very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and thorough! I’ve been seeing her for 3 years and would not consider seeing anyone else. I was consistently getting pink eye just about every time I got a sinus infection - so she referred me to an allergist. She was spot on with that diagnosis. I haven’t had a sinus infection or pink eye since I started being treated by my allergy doctor. No other doctor or eye doctor had picked up on that.

I went to see Dr. Mahlie for a routine eye exam and she found ocular melanoma (cancer) in my left eye. She immediately set up an appointment the next morning with right people to help my situation. I believe she saved my life. Many thanks to the staff at Clemson Eye!

I had a very thorough exam from Dr. Mahlie. She noted several medical issues and watched them until they required more attention. I like this conservative approach.
