The staff was wonderful, but Nancy was less than interested in talking with us after she learned my mom's insurance was Humana. She said she would not work with Humana as they "rip me off" when it comes to hearing aids. She did, however, give my mom a referral to someone who might work with Humana. She acted as if she could not get us our of her office fast enough and practically ushered us out. She left her office door open, claiming it got too hot when it was closed, but then kept looking out her door as she talked to us (not with us). What is most puzzling is when the appointment was made, they knew the insurance company was Humana, so why did they accept the appointment given Nancy's distaste for and unwillingness to work with Humana. Based on this experience, I would not go back and I would not recommend her. She clearly came across as only in it for the most money she can get.
