Masks are still required? That’s BS. The employees weren’t even wearing them covering their face and nose. Nancy would not sign my FMLA paperwork… I wouldn’t see me if I didn’t have a mask on properly! Nancy was not nice and treated me like a second-class citizen.

Nancy is very personable. Visit was not rushed, she answered my questions and advised me what I need to do to be healthier. As a nurse, we really are the worst patients. But without being pushy, she encouraged me to make more effort and I am going to try. Office is very nice, staff are friendly and efficient.

She is very knowledgeable and is good at explaining possible reasons for symptoms you may be having. She is very attentive which is reassuring in a time like this when most people have never experienced having to do their doctors appointment virtually. She was very nice and understanding, listens to all questions and concerns and addresses everything you are concerned about. Definitely a positive experience for my very first telemedicine appointment.

This was the second-worst doctor's visit I've ever had. Second only to another provider at this location. I left the appointment in tears. She refused to run labs and wanted to refer me to a specialist before doing any sort of testing to determine if I even needed to see a specialist. She spoke very quickly and over me several times. When I expressed that I wouldn't be back because if she wouldn't run labs, why would I even see her? If she couldn't do what my previous primary care physicians could, then there was no need to continue "treatment" with her. She basically kicked me out, refunded me, and told me good luck. The experience was traumatic and I will never return. I've had good TGH doctors before, but this is the second rude and unqualified doctor I've had. Unfortunately, I'm considering not going back to a TGH doctor due to this being my second horrible experience.
