She is highly unprofessional in that she does not return phone calls or emails for scheduling. Dealing with this therapist was highly frustrating, which is the last experience anyone wants to have when seeking out resources for support. I think it's rather shameful for a therapist to behave in such a way. She should either get a secretary to schedule appointments for her or take her profession more seriously.
