She is incompetent and completely rude to the point of offensive. I went in to see her for a previously diagnosed sinus and chest infection. Despite the fact I told her I had pain above my ear, she never even bothered to check my ears for possible infection, acting all high and mighty telling me it was a migraine, when I told her she was wrong. I left empty handed. Fast forward one week later. I clearly have more acute pain surrounding my ear, feel worse, and it's obvious that it's an ear infection. So, on my third visit I tell them at the check-in that it specifically was an ear infection this time. So, here she walks in and the first words out of her mouth were 'what are you doing here for the third time', acting completely condesending. I was outraged. She actually checked my ears this time (something she already should have done the last time) and diagnosed me with an acute ear infection. So, I had to self-diagnose my own ear infection, which became acute because of her negligence.
