Complete waste of time. She's not a doctor so why do the staff schedule you to see her when the doctor is not available? She gives bad medical advice, cannot answer medical questions and is not really "present" when you talk with her. Wait to see the doctor. It's not productive to meet with nurse Cantave. Her manner is not helpful. She's in the wrong profession or she's burned out. I would give examples but this box limits how much you are allowed to say.
