I was seeing this Provider at Ponce Primary Care. There is no longer a MD treating patients at this practice. IMO, The NP lacks experience. When asked for care interventions that have previously been offered to me by other Providers at the Primary Care level of care, this NP indicated it was outside her scope of practice. The referrals she provided were not accepting new patients and I have not received any additional referrals although she indicated a time frame in which she intended to provide this follow up. I felt the care provided lacked both compassion and understanding and left me without the help and support I need. I don’t recommend care with this Provider.
