Mootze Floreal, PA-C

I can’t emphasize enough what a horrible experience I had with her. I saw her once and communicated with her a few times. She shows no care in her approach, she is aggressive, rude, and completely lacks compassion. I was so disappointed especially to feel this way after seeing a woman doctor. Women are dismissed and pushed around all the time in the medical system. Shame on you for being a victim part of the problem

If i tell my doctor my quality of life is reduced by a medical condition, I do NOT want this doctor to tell me I just have to deal with it. Although she was easy to talk to and seemed relatable, I wasted months waiting for the appointment only to get no farther than i was before it all started.

I made an appointment as a new patient because my prior gynecologist had moved. I needed to follow up on a series of colposcopies and Pap smears, and instead of being understanding, she was aggressive and actually made me cry. The only positive is that she seemed to want to be thorough. I later told a friend about my experience, and she apparently had a similar interaction coincidentally with the same person! The doorman of the building was also rude.

She is very strange. When she started to check me i felt pain then she told me we are done. When i asked her did you check me she said no because you couldn’t take it. I told her you should tell me i will stop befor you threw everything thing. She is really not professional and weird

Mootze explained everything up front, and then talked about each step of the exam as she went. She also was really thorough with my history, asked great questions, and made a good referral. I felt heard and well taken care of. She even laughed at my nervous jokes.

She is very dismissive and rude. As she was reading my patient history she would shake her head no. I don’t want to see her again

In have never had such wonderful follow-up to my appointment! With holistic recommendations.Her office care was excellent as well.

I chose WC as I hated my previous provider. I was so pleased with the care I received from Dr. Floreal. She was very communicative the whole appointment and went out of her way to assist me with matters I am less informed on. I’m very happy I switched! I would highly recommend.

1. Terrible Bedside Manner. I cried after my appointment because of how impatient and rude she was 2. Asked me if I wanted to do additional, unnecessary things, such as a vaginal swab, NOT informing me that it would cost me SO much money 3. Had me do a urine culture on Monday, just to have me do ANOTHER one that SAME week on a Friday, which I had to pay for TWICE to get the same result (meanwhile I had already done a third one the month prior at the facility). 4. Tried to get me to do two procedures that would have cost me over $1,000, when my issue is not severe whatsoever Seeing Mootze cost me so much $ in the end, just to get no help or new information regarding what I went for. I will NEVER go back to WCM in LIC and I absolutely 100% do not recommend you see Mootze. Her choices along with WCM's has cost me hundreds of dollars, and yet they have no solution to my problem. I spent hundreds of dollars to be in the same exact position of not knowing what to do or what my issue is.

She's a nice person with whom I assume one could have a difficult conversation if so inclined, but she doesn't ask unnecessary personal questions and there's no fake chit chat.
