Monique Griffin, NP

Listen, this isn't my first psychiatric provider. I've been seeing providers since 2012 including one that was supposed to be the best in the southeast. When I say Monique is the best I've ever met, know that I say that from experience and there's also a psychiatrist in my immediate family...she's better. What I was used to in the past was basically "what's wrong? okay, here's a pill." Monique is not like that, she will make extra time and make you feel comfortable and invites you to actually share what's going on in your life. She's not a pill pusher. She gets to know you, understand you, she'll work with your therapist if you'd like, and if you do need medicine she is clear about how it works, why she's prescribing, what the side affects may be, and she makes sure that you are on what is right and healthiest for your mental AND physical health. I adore her and I plan on always being her patient.
