Empathetic, honest and understanding. I’m really glad I found her, as I have had poor experiences in the past with therapy. She was sensitive to that, while still giving me the kind of encouragement and push that works best for me.

Amazing I felt that she was a safe space for me to face all my past fears and address my traumas I have been to therapy before and held back certain information due to fear of being judged but with Ms. Braggs she makes you feel comfortable enough to put it all on table my first session with her I felt a weight being lifted off my chest by the end of the call I was just googling different therapist and most didn't answer but Monique missed the call and called back within a few minutes I look forward to more sessions with her in the future and will refer my friends and family

I love Monique! I consider her more than just a counselor. She is a trusted friend. I have referred her to so many people because I trust in her guidance and her support. I wouldn’t want to see any one else. This past year and a half with her in my life has definitely been worth it. She has helped me come out of a very dark place.
