Helpful but condescending
Somewhat helpful but always acts like she has bigger fish to fry. Almost laughing (?) at my pain and concern about my condition. Diagnosed me with something serious and was inching towards the door as I was asking questions with 10 minutes left in appointment. Not what I needed. Find a different ENT

My son & I were excited & eager for this appt. We waited months for it! My son has been dealing with swallowing issues for a while so this appt was crucial. A nurse came in quite abruptly with a nasal spray & went directly towards my sons face. With NO explanation or meeting Dr. first, the nurse says "I'm going to spray this up your nose for the scope. My son instantly got panic strickened & said "Um, oh hell no, what, what is that & what scope are you talking about?" The nurse then left & my sons face got anxiously red in the face, I felt uneasy as well. No one explained what this scope was or the exam process. When the Dr. came in, she asked a few questions, I saw her turn towards her laptop & quietly smirk laughing at my son. Dr. doesn't open her eyes when speaking (could be medical) so was hard to connect & feel at ease. My son walked out, had a severe panic attack which sent him to the ER. I expressed my frustration to the Dr. & she had no empathy whatsoever! HORRIBLE
