Molly is very nice, but can be more professional. She is often late to our appointments, forgets to turn off her phone before session starts, is not prepared with her notes before the start of session, and starts looking away and seemingly disinterested by the end of session. She is very nice and will work with you, but be aware if you are attentive to body language and the small details.
