Inexperienced
I made three phone calls over a two week period before I was called back on my imaging results. I felt handling of my condition was not accurate and then I was abandoned in my follow up care. My original referral from my PCP took nearly a month to be handled by reception staff. London DNP was a kind person but I had no confidence in her.
