Moira cares about her patients. She is very thorough when reviewing results and explaining options if needed and is attentive to patient needs or inquiries.

I was a patient of Dr. Hanley- Nieman when I was a teenager and she worked at Group Health Association. Back in the late 80s. She had a great bedside manner, thorough, very kind and helpful and friendly. She left to have a baby. Overall, very professional. I recommend this doctor to anyone.

I recently had the challenging, embarrassing role as A patient to tell Moira I volunteer entered myself into an alcoholic rehab program. My consultation lasted 8 minutes. She told me the paperwork was “a pain in the but” and not once did she ask me how she could help, congrats, nothing. Not one smile or word of encouragement- I felt so small leaving the office. This stigma is not fair- I’ve been a loyal patient for 15 years, have a professional job and just needed my local doctor/pa to support me. Maybe she was having a bad day. But I felt so judged, and no offer of help, no words of encouragement were given. Time I find a doctor who truly cares and at a minimum, spends more than 8 minutes to talk to a long time patient going thru challenging times,
