I wish there was a way to grade Mital Patel as a "0". She was unprofessional and unwelcoming to my husband as he presented for his "new patient" appointment yesterday. Her staff was apologetic for her, but her video online is not a true reflection of her, so don't be fooled. She sighed the whole time, rolled her eyes, and made my husband feel like crap. I was not about to put my husband through that visit, so we will take our business elsewhere. Now I know why her waiting room was empty.
