Dr. Misty Solt, PHD

My child's pediatrician recommended Ms Solt for counselling. I called the phone number on her business card. It was quite a chasing game of calling back and forth and leaving messages. It took more than 2 weeks for someone called Melissa to call back. She said she had no idea I was looking for Ms Solt (well, I called her number on his business card) and proceeded to tell me she only take patient on Sunday and Monday. I told her we prefer to talk to Ms Solt direct to see if it's a good fit. She gave me another number to call someone called Sarah. I left a message again. Sarah called back in 2 days saying she will have Ms Solt to contact me. If she does not call me by Friday, please call her again the following Monday. Of course she did NOT call. At that point, I feel so sick of have to chase them down like that. I just send an email to Melissa and told her I still have no chance talking to Ms Solt. She never reply. No one ever call back. Very crazy and unprofessional!!
