Every single experience I have had with Mira-Su has been very poor. I’ve left my appointments with her in tears of frustration more than once. She is passive aggressive, condescending and impatient. Maybe I always happen to catch her on bad days, however she needs to work on her “bedside manner” and learn how to access her empathetic side. She completely invalidates my concerns (example laughing in my face), leaving me feeling stupid and weak. Unless she can throw antibiotics at you, sometimes for no reason at all, she is useless. See ANYONE else at Penbay Family Medicine. They are all fantastic, save for Mira-Su.
