Doesn't listen. When I requested an application be filled out for a handicap parking placard, didn't do it, didn't tell me until I asked about it later. Actually said I didn't qualify and that she had a patient with prosthetic arm & leg that also was denied. I asked for an ultrasound instead of a mammogram because of previous experience. Said she could put in a request, but instead wrote in my file that I had refused a breast exam.
