Embedded IUD
Worst Nurse Practitioner ever!!!! When she was a midwife she removed an IUD from my uterus so I thought! When she removed it a piece broke and she failed to inform she did not retrieve the broken piece. Been experiencing excruciating pelvic pain, back pain, and other medical issues for seven years it was finally revealed the source of my pain, the broken piece of IUD that she purposely left in me. SHE IS THE WORST!!!!!

Worst bed side care; insulted, belittled me and minimized symptoms the entire time. I cant believe they are allowing her to work with veterans at the VA. She is a horrible person, I didn't deserve the way she treated me. She needs to be fired.
