I have been seeing Dr. Silverstein on and off since I was 15yo. I am now 31 and have recently come back to see him for therapy. He is compassionate, empathetic and extremely skilled. He is the one therapist I have come back to, even when we haven't spoken for a few years. Over time, He has given me tools to deal with real time anxiety that I still use to this day! I would highly recommend him for people who are feelers and artist but would handle any personality type with great ease.
