Dr Miguel Salgado-Gonzales not only helped me heal from a major muscle spam in my lower back but also migraines, hip pain, jaw and neck misalignment. Not only are his adjustments life changing, he also recommends stretches and exercises that have increased my mobility and over all mental well being.

After a car vs. deer incident, I was having migraines. Dr. Gonzales was able to give me immediate relief, and in just 1 more session, they were gone. He has a great traction table that gently stretches and relaxes your back before and during your adjustment which is really nice. And he gave me some great exercises that were easy to incorporate into my daily routine to help with my knee.

This review is for Dr. Miguel Salgado-Gonzales. I would like to share my experience of him as a chiropractic practitioner in the nine months that I was under his continuous care. His capacity to intuit with careful diligence and specificity, the level of treatment I needed at the time of each adjustment was consistently effective. Dr. Miguel was gentle, empathic, and kind in his healing approach. His way of being and relating fostered an environment conducive to building trust in the long-term. He listened deeply and was fully engaged; he embodied soft kills I responded to positively, as someone who is deeply sensitive to a healing practitioner's ethic of care.He was cognizant of tracking my treatment history and response to each adjustment by encouraging continuous dialogue and feedback between us throughout course of treatment. He taught me practices I could do on my own at home- to alleviate any remaining discomfort I may have. Overall, Dr. Miguel was a joy to partner with!

On the first visit, "Dr. Miguel" was cautiously correct in treating misalignment related to pelvic bone fractures. Although the bones had healed, the displacement of the pelvis resisted correction over many months. On the second visit, after my thorough review of the MOI and asking him to not "hold back," Dr. Miguel made substantial improvement in alignment through rigorous stretching and soft tissue techniques. I am finally hopeful about complete restoration. Dr. Miguel is an excellent asset to the Boise Spine Center!
