I have been seeing for years Miguel Peixoto. Overall I am very satisfied. I am pleased with his expertise and his willingness to tell me what I need to know. He also sets me up to succeed in spelling so I can get details myself. He is meticulous and also makes me feel cared for.

I called Miguel this morning and left a message for him at 8:30. I did not hear back from him so I called back at 12:30. The receptionist put the NP on the phone with me and her main concern was that I hadn't had an appointment in over a year (it was about 13 months) and that due to liability issues she could not help me unless I came in for an appointment. I was in distress and she was unwilling to help me. To make it worse, after seeing Miguel for appx 3 years, he never followed up with a call
