Unprofessional, phone ringing during sessions, inappropriate communication, refusal to provide documentation of child sessions, ignoring phone calls, texting at late hours of the night unprompted. She does not recall information provided to her. She abruptly ended sessions with no closing session or information provided to minor client.

I saw Michelle for a few months. She started to fall asleep during one of my appointments. She also never really gave advice, she just sat and took notes the entire time or googled answers. She also showed up to my appointments late, or not at all. I had to contact her one time cause she was 20 minutes late and she said she forgot and I waited another 20 minutes while she drove to my app. She also won't reply to my emails. I do not recommend her.
