I have been seeing Michelle for my anxiety. She has a calming presence, is a very good listener, and has helped me alot. She helps me find ways to cope with my anxiety not just to ignore it. She isn't like my parents, i can talk to her in a different way where i don't feel judged. I thought going to therapy was going to be a waste of time and stupid. After the first few minutes i realized its just talking. She made it easy. It doesn't sound like the therapists my friends have been to. She's cool.

For the past 7 months I have been going to Michelle for guidance in my life and to help heal the hurt from my past. She is a great listener and I have never felt judged or ashamed for my past choices when I'm talking with her. She had helped me overcome my drug addiction and self hate and helped me realize that I am worthy of love and I do deserve to be happy in life. I would highly recommend her services to anybody struggling in life, with anything.
