Michelle Salz is an incredibly passionate, intelligent, and thoughtful practitioner who always puts her patients first. She is the first psychiatric provider I have seen that I feel sees me as a whole person, and not just a diagnosis. As both a midwife and psychiatric nurse practitioner, she brings a unique understanding of women’s mental health to her treatment plans that I think make her an incredibly special provider. I am so glad I found Michelle and we are able to work together to help me achieve my best health.

I met Michelle at the end of my first pregnancy. I’d developed severe panic and anxiety. Let me tell you, she saved me! Something about her allowed me to peel back the layers of who I am to let her in. And I thank God that I did! She sees me for who I am and speaks right to my heart. When I see her, I am met with love, compassion and true understanding. As you may know, you don’t know which midwife will be on shift when you deliver. I prayed it would be Michelle and my prayers were answered! Little did I know the worst times in my life were right around the corner. My mom and brother unexpectedly died while I was in labor. Long story short, Michelle kept me as a patient until this day (2.5 years later) and I can proudly say I have significantly improved with her help. There are only two people who have come close to satisfying my longing for a mother. And Michelle is at the top of the list. I have found myself wishing she could adopt me and mother me for the rest of my life. I love her
