Extremely great full for Michelle and the staff at Southwest Medical. She is very knowledgeable and offers alternative treatments for pain other than opiates.

She was extremely attentive and helped me setup a treatment plan that worked for my pain.

Had my initial introduction appointment because my prior provider Dr. Colton left SWM. Her candor is stiff, cold, and she didn’t even allow me to finish a sentence about asking for an extension of a current accommodation my previous provider gave me in regards to just needing a 19 min break every 2 hrs because I work in a warehouse. She immediately cut me off said she doesn’t do accommodations to go back to my primary provider w/o even reading the previous provider’s notations. It just seemed like I was another number. There wasn’t even a concern of my pain level at the time in fact she didn’t even ask me. Please believe the previous reviews I wish I had known about this before scheduling. Dr. Sibel is great love his personality but if I have to deal with her for after” care” she’s not it sorry not sorry

Beyond poor listening skills, lectures, doesn't stick to same plan discussed at previous appointments.... can only assume she isn't charting accordingly, had no idea where to look for trigger points and seemed very nervous when asked medical questions. Being in the medical field for the past 30 years, this is the type of conduct that gives us a bad name. Dr. Siebel is fantastic, but if this is what I'm left with no thank you.

Nope, I would not recommend her at all. Very impersonal. Seemed to just want to tell what she thought/knew vs the patients history & no care. Her hands were shaking when given constructed discussion over care and history. Unfriendly
