Michelle is quick and efficient. I’ve heard some people say they don’t like her, that she doesn’t talk, but that’s not been my case. I like her a lot. I think she’s nice, she’s just busy. We do chat, if she has a few extra minutes. She always asks about family members we have discussed previously. I think she’s great.
