I saw Michelle a few times. It was going well I thought until she didnt call me back when she said she would. I went 3 months without therapy. When I called her back, she didnt answer and ended up leaving me a voicemail 3 days after my call saying she could no longer work with me because she didnt have the time. She never once called to check on me in those 3 months. Overall, I'd describe her as extremely unprofessional and she has a lack of empathy for her clients.
