Spent half of our initial appointment on her phone. Doesn’t have the emotional constitution to be seeing patients.

I had an assessment (which was far less comprehensive than a previous assessment from another provider) MONTHS ago and have not received any results. My initial results appointment was cancelled by the provider and I was leaving town so requested my results. I was put off, told it was not possible and that I would get a call back regarding other possibilities. I have, to date, called 7 times and have received neither a call back nor my results. Very unprofessional and incompetent office.
