I had a bad experience after choosing Michelle. Communication was consistently difficult. Her vibe was uncaring, minimally responsive or helpful, felt like boxes were being checked, it felt like she was burdened with every interaction we had. There is an expectation that professional therapists show compassion, have good communication skills, and show interest. Also didn’t like when she cancelled an appt last minute after I took time off work. After experiencing a new therapist, it is like night and day difference. Would not recommend Michelle Kometh.

Sorry to say, communication was not great. Michelle sent me 3 emails and 3 phone texts with video chat conference credentials for our conversation and she never made the video call. I unfortunately missed her call to my cell phone while logged into her video chat. Very frustrating, since I did not know that was her calling my cell phone with an “Unknown Caller” ID. After that, she cancelled, at the last minute, two different appointments that were made.– Michelle cancelled one appointment 10 minutes prior and the second less than 24 hours via email.
