I left this appointment in tears due to the lack of concern and compassion. From the moment, Michelle B. Kalousek, CRNP entered the room she was very impersonal. She immediately questioned if I had made an appointment for an Annual Exam. I communicated to her, yes, and that the receptionist had called me earlier in the week to add on a few minutes to complete an Annual. She was in the room approximately 3 minutes. 3 whole minutes. For an Annual.....I communicated to her that I had recently had a baby, she didn't ask a single question regarding my delivery or if I had any complications.Very easy to say that I do NOT recommend Michelle, nor will I return to see her again.
