At Palos NW Immediate Care in Orland Park, Dr. Hartley, without hesitation, correctly diagnosed my severe ear and jaw pain as facial shingles. She immediately called in a RX for antiviral medication for me which greatly contributed, within hours, to an end to the pain and reduction of the amount of outbreak of the shingles sores. Dr. Hartnett absolutely knew what was causing my severe pain way before any visual evidence of shingles was seen, except for red blotches on my face and the severe pain along the jawline and ear on money the right side of my face! I owe her a debt of gratitude for her swift action in treating me!
