Michelle is the only primary care provider I will ever see. She cares about her patients immensely, and has a real love for the profession. She talks in terms you can understand and makes sure you comprehend the next steps in further care, if needed. I have referred multiple new patients to her. She will not disappoint, although her office may take awhile to get you in to see her, absolutely worth the wait.

DO NOT SEE THE PA MICHELLE FEFFER. I have been a patient here for several years and my whole family has been seen here for over a decade. This was the first visit I saw Michelle and not Dr. Rowland or any other provider, and she discharged me from the practice for not coming in for a lab review, and after ignoring my questions, during a global pandemic. My office visit was 1/27/21. My labs were conducted in office 2/22/21. On 2/3 I requested a refill of 1 medication (A). It was filled once, with no refills. On 3/18 I asked for another refill of the same medication (A), it was refilled once again with no refills. I asked why additional refills were not put on, so I don’t have to call every month, since I just had an office visit. On 3/20 she responded and cited office policy to have lab reviews to review medications, and also mentioned I was overdue for additional labs. But at my office visit I asked about labs to review this medications efficiency (medication A), and she said they do
