Michelle has been an excellent support and provided unwavering stability during a time when my outside world was falling apart as a result of past traumas. She has helped me to realize so much about my past and gently lead me to realizations about how to develop healthier relationships and mend broken ones. She is intuitive and insightful, and I trust that I am in good hands with her as my therapist. Her focus is on talk therapy and she provides useful reading recommendations.

Just a great listener, I wish I was given more resources. Not much experience, mostly just listens, and I'm paying for help of next steps, not just a listener.

I had very high hopes when I began seeing Michelle but unfortunately I ended up leaving her practice feeling very unsatisfied and worse off than when I first began seeing Michelle. I believe Michelle means well but honestly her biggest downfall is simply the fact that she's inexperienced and wanted to take on more than she could handle. I do believe with time and more practice she could become a great counselor. In short I do not reccomend her if you have a complex case.
