Michelle Draper, ARNP

I was seen by Dr Michelle Draper for my acne and scarring. Overall experience was quite fine and the Optum center is well structured, the one thing which was a bit off-putting was that she spent 3-5 minutes discussing half of my concerns and left after that without proper closure or conclusion. I had to ask the nurse to call her again to discuss the remaining parts and discuss care plan. I can understand that doctors are hard pressed on time, but patients have to typically wait several weeks to get some 1:1 time with doctors with a lot of hope - that in itself is reason enough to give justice to patient time. The price charged for such visits doesn't remotely equate to 3-5 minutes small talk - something seen much too often in western medical society.
