She listens!!! She doesn't try to get you out as fast as possible like most. Very good at explaining everything thoroughly and willing to get to the root of the problem instead of temporary solutions. Very good at her job. She's professional, thorough, attentive, understanding and patient.

I have seen Michelle a few times over the past 3 years. She is amazing. She is caring and will take the time to make you feel at ease. She really does listen to and concerns you have.

I'm not sure if it's because my visit was on a Friday afternoon, but I left the appointment feeling so frustrated. I went in to discuss hormone levels and symptoms I have been having. She didn't even let me finish what I had to say before she cut me off and said she is going to have to test my testosterone. I was hoping there would be more than one thing tested but she seemed to be in a hurry to get out of there. I also had to go to Walgreen's to get my blood drawn because the office doesn't have a phlebotomist on Fridays. I completely understand wanting to get out of the office on a Friday, but if it interferes with the care provided, they shouldn't offer Friday appointments. I will be looking elsewhere for female care.

Michelle was very attentive to my concerns and offered me options and recommendations. We agreed on a plan, set a time line and see how the results come out. Really liked her. Hard to find someone that will listen. She is my 4th Provider in 2 years. I’ll be seeing her again. Highly recommend her.
