responds quickly in mychart. she also doesn't close down the reply feature like some caregivers. she was open to my follow up questions and thanked me for them since she didn't know my full history and was filling in for my doc. friendly.

She completely failed examining my 7 month old. She said his lungs sounded clear and she checked his ears etc. I was in the er with him from 2 to 5 am the dr. Never even saw him. They gave him no treatment and I took him to his dr at noon the same day his wheezing was audible from down the hall he was in respiratory distress and had 2 ear infections. I'm glad I trusted my instincts and NOT HERS!
