Michelle Adler, CNP

I've been going with Michelle since Covid started. She was the only one doing telemeds visits and taking my insurance. Over the past year my health has gone down hill. She didn't brush off my symptoms and got right on it. She requested labs and got in contact with specialists. In a matter of a few visits I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. It has no cure but she is going above and beyond to help me ease my symptoms, find me coupons for my medicine, making sure the other specialists are taking my case and helping me live a good life regardless of my condition. She is very caring, empathetic, funny and professional. I'm sure I wouldn't be aware of my condition if she didn't take her job and my health seriously. I'm forever grateful for her and her staff. Always very welcoming and friendly and kind.

Michelle is very nice. She covered my lab data with more clarity than most. However this office is a place to avoid. The office staff are rude, indifferent, confrontational, and condescending. The 'boss', Ethan is a bully. Due to the hostile clinic environment, the continuous discharge of patients (they even have a form letter!) and overall hate-filled environment; I cannot recommend this clinic even though Michelle is nice.

i give Michelle Adler A five start reveiw because she is the best out here in albuquerque she always make sure all her patient are well taking care of she always gets back with me once i msg her that im not feel good its alway a asap she takes all here paticen health very seriously i have send a few of my kids to see her and they all agree with me and she also does video visit when we are not able to go in also here dr office is always very [sanitize] clean

Michelle is the most thorough health provider I’ve ever seen!

Michelle is the most caring, competent practitioner I've ever had. I am 74 yrs old. She actually takes time to listen to your concerns and addresses them. She refers you to specialists when needed and follows up. She has a vast knowledge of medical issues but is not afraid to refer you when needed. She is empathetic, compassionate, competent and a great sense of humor. She is available whenever needed.

The level of incompetency at Adler Family Practice is unbelievable. Michelle is dishonest & impossible to get results from. She blamed her staff when confronted with irresponsible behavior in not getting abnormal lab results to me (which I ended up getting from the lab itself!!) Luckily I can self refer to a specialist with my Insurance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS INCOMPETENT OFFICE!!

At first she was very attentive, spent a long time with me the first appointment. Then over time she was less and less concerned, appointments were screwed up, but the last straw was when she lied about something she found on examination. And since I know Anatomy and Physiology I know it was wrong but I guess she thinks she can get any information passed her patients because they do not know anything. Well, she is wrong and I found a new primary.

I have had her for only just over a couple of months, and I'm very unsatisfied. Everytime I go I'm waiting at least an hour and a half.. And that's Everytime. The people up front don't even see you.They are behind colored glass and ignore you at every cost. Then after they take you back they leave your waiting . I even went out into the hallway and no one was there. Then the last appt Dr Michelle didn't even remember what tests she ordered for me. Then gave excuses for what she didnt test for.
