Dr. Schlaugheck is thorough and personable. It takes a while to get through the entire visit, but we don't mind b/c she is obviously popular and doesn't rush her patients through the exam.

Always receive top notch care

I was satisfied with my yearly exam visit. I was promptly greeted upon arrival and my wait time before seeing the doctor was excellent. I was in and out in no time which allowed me the time to do other errands.

Doctor was professional, quick, and friendly. The office unfortunately, was quite slow. Despite no one being checked in, and four assistants sitting there, I still had to wait 5 minutes before anyone checked me in. Then waited close to an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. After my exam, there was also no one at check out so i had to sit and wait just to pay and leave. Whole visit took 2 1/2 hours for what amounted to 10 minutes with the doctor. Takeaway: I’d be happy to see this doctor again, but I might not ever schedule with Vision Associates again because of the poor wait times.

I have been going to Dr. Schlagheck for years. She's always very personable. She fitted me for contacts when I was a teenager and took the time to answer all of my questions. Now, I just wear glasses and I still enjoy going to see her.
