This appointment was to establish me as a new patient, after being dissatisfied with care at other henry ford facilities. The attention I received was overwhelmingly good, I felt her questions and answers were appropriate for the symptoms I was explaining and she showed great interest in helping me get my health back in order. She cared, she listened and came up with a plan.

Michelle listened to my concerns and understood the level of my concerns. (Not over reacting to them and not dismissing them either.) I felt heard and understood. That's very important to me. She gave me the answers that I needed to proceed forward. I am highly impressed with her.
